Eligibility for Refunds: We only offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Failed Delivery
- If the product (e.g., login credentials, subscription access) is not delivered to your email or account within the promised timeframe (typically within 10–60 minutes), and our team fails to resolve the issue within 24 hours.
- Invalid Product
- If you receive incorrect login details or a non-working code and we are unable to provide a valid replacement within 24 hours of your report.
- Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally pay twice for the same product or plan.
Non-Refundable Conditions: We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Lack of knowledge on how to use the product.
- Service already used/activated.
- Attempting to resell our services.
- Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong email or phone number).
- Any violation of the product’s fair usage policy or terms.
Replacement Policy: If your service stops working due to technical issues within the validity period, we will attempt to:
- Reactivate your existing service, or
- Provide a replacement, if available.
You must report the issue within 12 hours of the service interruption for replacement consideration.
